En Intemic, nuestra misión es elevar la productividad en fábricas mediante gemelos digitales, IA y agentes autónomos. Transformamos la mentalidad de las personas para lograr una producción más eficiente en términos económicos, ambientales y sociales. Buscamos un perfil dinámico para impulsar nuestro Go-To-Market (GTM).
- ¿Qué perfil buscamos?
Una persona proactiva, sociable y enfocada en resolver problemas complejos con valor real para el cliente. Debes tener experiencia en flujos de datos, automatizaciones, agentes y workflows inteligentes. Idealmente, con un enfoque en ventas: identificar oportunidades de negocio basadas en tecnología. Valoramos la curiosidad técnica, la iniciativa y la capacidad para entender rápidamente el impacto de una herramienta en una industria específica.
- Responsabilidades Principales
Implementación De Soluciones (Deployment)
Analizar necesidades y problemas del cliente.
Convertir oportunidades en casos de uso completos en la plataforma.
Construir soluciones funcionales para demos y cierre de contratos.
Configurar y desplegar casos de uso en el producto.
Capacitar al cliente en su uso.
Recopilar feedback y optimizar implementaciones.
Puente Con Desarrollo
Identificar funcionalidades pendientes en la herramienta.
Comunicarlas al equipo de desarrollo.
Opcional: Resolverlas con automatizaciones o desarrollo rápido asistido por IA.
Preventa
Preparar y ejecutar demos.
Diseñar casos de uso personalizados para prospects.
Mantenimiento
Supervisar implementaciones activas.
Realizar ajustes, mejoras y soporte funcional.
- Requisitos y Habilidades
Fuerte capacidad analítica y orientación a soluciones.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes.
Interés en tecnología aplicada a negocios.
Afinidad por datos y automatización de procesos.
Experiencia en construcción de software (GIT, bases de datos, backend/frontend, deploy).
Autonomía y mentalidad de mejora continua.
Puntos Extra
Experiencia con herramientas no-code/low-code.
Conocimientos básicos de scripting o APIs.
Curiosidad o experiencia en \"vibecoding\" (desarrollo rápido con IA).
