    What will your day-to-day look like?

    PreparingdocumentationrelatedtointernalscholarshipsandofficialscholarshipsfromtheBasqueGovernmentandtheMinistryofEducation.

    Preparingcertificatesandotheracademicdocumentsforstudents.

    PlacingpurchaseordersthroughtheERPsystem.

    CollaboratingintheFaculty'sinstitutionalreaccreditationprocesses.

    ParticipatinginvariousacademicprocesseslinkedtoBachelor's,OfficialMaster's, and PhDprograms.

    Are you the person we are looking for?

    Youhave2–3yearsofexperiencein administrative positions.

    YouhaveahighlevelofBasqueand English (C1).

    Youstandoutforyoursocial and interpersonalskillsandyourapproachablemanner.

    Youareanorganizedanddetail-orientedperson.

    It will be a plus if you…

    Haveworkedineducationalcentersofferingregulatededucation.

    Are familiarwithtoolssuchas MoodleorBusiness Central ERP.

    Areanautonomousperson,capableofworkingtowardsobjectives.
