    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to head our Consumer Goods (CG) market sales team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, local team leadership, and proven ability to independently develop executive-level relationships.



    The role involves collaborating with the regional vice president and marketing manager to develop EU local market commercial strategies and plans aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation, driving new business development for the sales teams.


    The key responsibilities include:
    • Associating with regional vice presidents and marketing managers to develop EU local market commercial strategies and plans.
    • Collaborating with corporate management teams in China to identify new business opportunities and new sales channels.
    • Implementing business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
    You must have excellent listening, writing, and cross-cultural communication skills. Your experience should be at least 10 years in sales operation, international trade or similar sectors..
