- Manage collective agreements, scholarships, and other related matters.
- Provide advice on worker representation and union issues, as well as intervene in labor negotiations.
- Monitor formal obligations to Social Security.
- Prepare payrolls and deliver the monthly payroll list with separation of all labor costs by concept.
- Communicate high and low parties in Social Security, parts of work accidents, and calculations of liquidations and settlements for employees in cases of possible dismissals.
- Supervise staff attendance, vacations, sick leave, payroll, and other related aspects.
- Manage the hiring of permanent or temporary staff according to the company's needs.
- Establish training plans and collaborate in organizing necessary training activities.
- Grant management for training activities and monitor their effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage role clarification for each position.
- Advise on different options for hiring workers and communicate the expiration of temporary contracts.
- The ideal candidate should possess skills in coaching/mentoring, interpersonal communication, proactivity, creativity, and negotiation capacity with internal clients and external providers.
- Assertiveness, resilience, and adaptability are also essential traits.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- Experience in retaining talent, letting go of underperforming employees, handling personal or professional employee issues, and negotiating with the Working Council is highly valued.
- Familiarity with factory work environments is an asset.
- A university degree in HR is mandatory.
- An HR specialty is preferred.
- A master's degree will be considered an asset.
