    Job Title: Packaging Design Technician II

    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Design Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our packaging department, you will be responsible for executing all manufacturing and design processes related to packaging materials.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist in periodic meetings with the documentation control team to ensure procedures are ready before deadlines.
    • Create and support labelling printing.
    • Create and support IFU's production.
    • Create and support digital formats (CD's).
    • Design new labels, inserts, and boxes.
    • Take control over the material needed in internal procedures.
    • Provide technical support to other departments.
    • Liaise with external designers to produce new layouts or modify existing ones.
    • Generate variable data packaging.
    • Trigger activities related to new part numbers in SAP.
    • Maintain technical data sheets and other documentation in their digital format.
    • Support vendors in resolving technical requirements.

    Interactions:

    You will interact with various departments within the organization to acquire necessary information for packaging material execution.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    A Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio degree in an administrative field is required.

    Experience:

    May be required in areas like printing software (Codesoft, Bartender).

    Additional Skills:

    Fluency in Office Tools (Excel & Word); valuable basic knowledge in SAP.

    Language: Fluency in Spanish or Catalan; basic knowledge of English (reading, speaking).

    Skills & Capabilities:

    • Maintenance, calibration, and accurate use of technical equipment.
    • Flexibility to work with and support multiple people.
    • Teamwork.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Oral and written communication skills.
