With a sharp analytical mind, you will be able to reproduce the information in a synthetic way and be force of proposals.

Finally, you want to join a team of 7 talented people that looks for new solutions, thinks out of the box, is fine with open-source but not only.

TASKS:

Executes upgrades, migrations, optimizations, new implementations and identifies and resolves efficiency issues
Executes systems management to ensure optimal current and future efficiency and functionality
Develop and maintain operational support documentation for systems
In charge of all user related services: authentification, communication system (WebEx, Slack, etc.), messaging (like Google Workspace)
In charge of Linux and Windows server deployment and administration
Provides level 3 support for area of expertise

MUST HAVE skills:

Experience with Windows and Linux; you understand where each provide its value
Strong troubleshooting skills
Scripting skills with Linux Shell and PowerShell for Windows
Automating deployment and maintenance with Ansible and Terraform
Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group PoliciesExperience of DNS, DHCP with Windows or Linux
Experience IT Service Management like Ivanti, FOG or any other
Experience with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, WebEx, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
English is required

NICE TO HAVE skills:

French and/or Spanish language skills are great to have for this position
