    QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

    Group Supervisory and Regulatory Relations, dependiendo directamente del CEO global , tiene como objetivo la gestión eficiente y prudente de todos aquellos aspectos regulatorios y supervisores de ámbito local e internacional, dando respuesta a las distintas peticiones por parte de las Autoridades de forma diligente y facilitando la interacción con aquellas áreas expertas involucradas.

    Como Analyst , tus objetivos principales serán, por un lado, gestionar y dar respuesta a los requerimientos derivados de las peticiones de la Autoridad de Supervisión (principalmente Banco Central Europeo y Banco de España) en materias relacionadas con los recursos propios, normativa de resolución, titulizaciones, entre otros, y por otro, apoyar a los equipos de las diferentes geografías del Grupo con la interpretación de la norma europea en dichas áreas de conocimiento (tanto con la norma en vigor como durante el periodo de consulta de la misma).

    Necesitamos a alguien como tú para conseguir, en equipo, los siguientes objetivos:

    • Participar en las comunicaciones al ECB de cómputo de instrumentos de capital y solicitudes de autorización al ECB para reducir fondos propios.
    • Liderar el diálogo supervisor respecto a las temáticas de referencia (fondos propios, titulizaciones, etc).
    • Recabar internamente los datos necesarios para satisfacer las peticiones de información del Supervisor, tanto en el caso de reuniones de seguimiento recurrentes como en el caso de peticiones puntuales 'ad hoc'.
    • Intermediar en la relación y gestionar expectativas en ambas direcciones.
    • Apoyar al resto de áreas del Grupo en todas las cuestiones que planteen relativas a la interpretación y aplicación de la normativa en vigor sobre las temáticas de referencia tales como fondos propios, normativa de resolución, titulizaciones, entre otros.
    • Elaborar informes para reportar a la alta dirección los cambios relevantes de la regulación dentro del perímetro del equipo, así como los posibles impactos en el Grupo.
    • Participar en foros de discusión de la industria sobre la normativa en consulta a efectos de poder influir en la redacción final de la misma alineándola con los intereses del Grupo.

    EXPERIENCIA

    • Experiencia en interpretación normativa, determinación y anticipación de impactos e implementación práctica de la norma.
    • Se valorará conocimientos previos en normativa prudencial tales como CRR, CRD, BRRD, SRMR,..
    • Experiencia en áreas de cálculo o planificación de ratios de capital, y/o en interlocución con supervisores y/o reguladores será valorado.
    • También se valorará experiencia en la coordinación de áreas y filiales.

    EDUCACIÓN

    • Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho, ADE o Económicas. Se valorará especialidad en el sector bancario y sistema financiero.
