Join our team in Madrid as a Project Coordinator
(Industrial Project Logistics Division)

Main responsibilities:

To coordinate a seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination. Commercial and Technical offers preparation support;
To ensure the implementation for all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements in accordance with the preset criteria;
To implement working procedures alongside with IP's adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy;
To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and, identify the Required-OnSite (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment;
To attend project progress meetings, meetings at Client's, the Seller's / Supplier's facilities when requested by the Project.

Our expectations:

2+ years of experience in
Project Logistics or FCL transportation;:
Experience with logistics operations management in
Oil&Gas industry will be an advantage;
Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
Knowledge of
Project Cargo transportation;
Exceptional problem solving skills;
Proactive approach;
Ability to work both individually and in a team.
