    We are looking for a candidate who will Support SGRE F performance controlling team, by preparing and updating all kind of standard and ad-hoc reports, cross checking information to ensure accuracy and consistency across them. Drive analysis from a wide range of topics, reviewing them in detail to find potential areas of improvement or inconsistencies. Act as a key contact person for selected reports within corporate controlling. Support SGRE closing, forecast and budget processes, boosting and carrying digitalization and automation initiatives to improve our corporate financial reporting quality.

    As a corporate financial analyst in your early career, you will gain an overview of the full breadth of Siemens Gamesa portfolio as well as its financial development. You will get insights into the company's strategic and financial priorities. Furthermore, you will work together with a wide range of businesses and functions and build a strong company-wide network.

  • Create all kind of reports from our Business Warehouse (e.g., SAP, Impact, UniFire, Esprit, etc.), to support regular and ad-hoc controlling and reporting activities within the team
  • Design, update and automate Databases to support corporate cross-checks and deep-dives (e.g., OBL Projects -Impact-, Orders -Salesforce-, NCC -EHS-, I&R, Provisions, BU comments, CDST, etc.)
  • Drive the overall controlling and reporting of assigned topics (e.g., discretional spending, consulting, travel, functions, regions, etc.), acting as a key contact person for them within SGRE F
  • Run updates of several reports, in particular during closing dates (e.g., Robot to update Unifire and Esprit reports, macros for standard reports, etc.) checking proactively for potential issues or mismatches
  • Perform cross-checks of information in slides, comments and reports for executive presentations
  • Act as stand-in person for key closing activities (e.g., templates submission, consolidation, uploads)
  • Upload key figures into our ERP systems (e.g., Unifire, Esprit) during FC and BDG processes, ensuring consistent quality checks and on-time delivery
  • Drive/support all kind of automation initiatives within the department to improve data quality, consistency and/or availably (Dashboards, Macros, Robot, IA, etc.)
  • You will need to liaise with multicultural teams on a cross-departmental level to develop reports and management information for both internal and external customers, whilst continuously improving our business analysis and information potential.

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent, ideally with a focus on finance
  • At least 2 years of controlling / financial analysis experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (PowerBI, UniFire, Esprit are a plus)
  • Business fluency in English, Spanish and German will be plus
  • The curiosity and ability to learn fast together with a team supportive attitude and attention to details is a must for this role.
  • Flexibility and availability during critical periods (e.g., closing and Budget) are also key.
