- Asesorar al Gerente de Construcción de KKG para asegurar las soluciones más adecuadas en términos de secuencias de montaje, programación de obras, constructibilidad, viabilidad, etc.
- Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos, instrucciones, protocolos, registros y formularios de elevación y aparejo.
- Determinar los requisitos de equipos de grúa y aparejo para el proyecto, preparando informes y pronósticos.
- Apoyar a los contratistas del proyectomandante en el desarrollo de planes de elevación y aparejo.
- Supervisar las actividades de elevación en el sitio, monitoreando y garantizando una ejecución de aparejo de calidad y prácticas de elevación seguras.
- Garantizar que las actividades de transporte en el sitio se planifiquen y ejecuten correctamente.
- Proporcionar orientación técnica y apoyo a los superintendentes civiles de logística de KKG para garantizar que los caminos y rutas de acarreo sean suficientes para el transporte de todas las cargas pesadas.
- Coordinar las actividades de elevación en el sitio con especial atención a las interfaces con otros trabajos en curso en el sitio.

- Notificar al Gerente de Construcción de KKG sobre problemas y desviaciones que no puedan resolverse directamente.
- Ayudar al Gerente de Construcción de KKG y al Gerente de Proyecto de KKG con tareas relacionadas con la gestión de cargas.
- Advise KKG Construction Manager to ensure the most suitable solutions in terms of assembly sequences, works scheduling, constructability, feasibility, etc.
- Develop and update lifting & rigging procedures, instructions, protocols, registers and forms.
- Determine crane and riggings equipment requirements for the project, preparing reports and forecasts.
- Support Owner's Contractors in the development of lifting and rigging plans.
- Supervise lift activities at site, monitoring and ensuring quality rigging execution and safe lifting practices.
- Ensure transport activities on Site are correctly planned and executed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to KKG logistics civil superintendents to assure heavy haul roads and routes are sufficient for the transportation of all heavy haul roads.
- Coordinating and lifting activities at site with particular attention to interfaces with other ongoing works on Site.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of lifting and rigging project policies, procedures and instructions.
- Checking the adequacy of personnel and equipment belonging to the Owner's Contractors, promoting any actions required to achieve objectives.
- Interfacing with Circular Projects vendors, reviewing their documentation for special lifting instructions and ensure the correct implementation at site.
- Ensuring, with the support of KKG HSE Team, the field control of HSE aspects in lifting and rigging.
- Notifying KKG Construction Manager of problems and deviations that cannot be settled directly.
- Assisting KKG Construction Manager and KKG Project Manager with tasks related to Change Management.
