We are hiring a PROJECT ENGINEER in MADRID


Responsabilities:


  • Support BD, from a technical point of view since an opportunity is identified.
  • Support BD in the meetings with technical advisors (internal and/or external).
  • Foresee the construction of the renewable projects, providing Independent and Owner's Engineering services.
  • Supporting the fleet manager in the analysis of possible inefficiencies and proposals for improvement.

Main Responsabilities

  • Supporting BD, from a technical point of view since the moment opportunities are identified.
  • Collaborate in TDD focused on design, main equipment, and project contracts review.
  • Owner's engineering services focused on design review and construction supervision, supporting technical advisors (internal and/or external).
  • Project construction monitoring and onsite inspection, attending and/or organizing regular meetings to ensure projects are delivered ontime, meeting quality requirements and within budget.
  • Carrying out internal audits.
  • Ensuring ENGIE policies are implemented and applied in all renewable assets.
  • Supporting the fleet manager, analyzing processes and works in order to detect possible inefficiencies and to address proposals for improvement.
  • Reporting (on a periodic basis): Collect data, prepare reports, and follow up, both at country and corporate level.
  • Communicate effectively within the company and with external parties.

Requirements:


  • More than 5 years experienced as a Project Manager in Renewable Energy Projects (engineering, construction, operations...).
  • Commissioning of lines and substations.
  • Design and execution of foundations and civil.
  • Electrical expert profile
  • Operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities.
  • Regulation and specific standards of the wind and photovoltaic industry.
  • Team Management Experiences
  • Experiences working with multinational teams
  • High english & spanish communication skills: C1
