    Multi-national company leader in the printing sector located in Barcelona.

    We are looking for UXer passionate for Design Thinking able to be integrate in a big organiztion. You will lead the User Experience for Software Solutions. Define the experience from the concept until the implementation based on Design Thinking Methodologies. As a UXer you will need to research what users need, define proposals based on business requirements and adapt them regarding customer expectations. For concept proposals you will lead internal workshops to create several concepts working with different stakeholders. You will need to define the User Stories and the Use Cases for the MVP and the full solution. For some design phases you will work with the UX Lab to validate the solution with end customers, from concept to usability.

    As a Software UX Designer, you will become a focal point in the design department for the business, marketing, R&D and other departments. Work very close to Interaction and Visual Designers to ensure the UI proposals get the experience requirements in all design phases.

    Profile

    • Multi-national company leader in the printing sector located in Barcelona.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Design Field or related.
    • More than 3-5 years designing UX.
    • Envision software solutions.
    • Think forward is a must.
    • Strategic vision.
    • Strong capacity to understand complex SW tools.
    • Experience in Job Submition SW and RIPs is a plus.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Excellent leader in content, team player, reliable, autonomous, organized and analytical are key skills to success working with a multi-national client in a senior position.
    • Work in a big design team. More than 20 designers in the team with different profiles, UXers, Interaction Designers, Visual Designers and UX Researchers.
