    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

    We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and organizing the external development team for the implementation of our Workforce IAM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that their products meet the needs of the stakeholders. As the Senior IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for managing external resources, using your project management skills in an iterative approach to improve processes, onboard new applications, and establish a self-service culture. This position requires a strong understanding of Workforce IAM concepts & technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead in the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM projects. Ensure adherence to best project management practices, facilitate iterative planning, and drive the team towards successful project completion.
  • External Resource Management: Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and contractors to implement the IAM service roadmap. Manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within the IAM domain. Implement best practices, establish standardized procedures, and drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations.
  • Self-Service Enablement: Define and implement self-service capabilities for IAM functions, empowering end-users to manage their own access and reducing dependency on manual administrative tasks. Drive adoption of self-service tools and educate stakeholders on their benefits.
  • User Story Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine IAM requirements and create clear and concise specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful deployment of IAM solutions.
  • Product Documentation: Create comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, to facilitate the adoption and understanding of IAM products by end-users, administrators, and support teams.

    Requirements needed

    Education

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Whilenotmandatory,certificationscanenhanceyourcredentialsanddemonstrateyourexpertisein IAM andrelatedtechnologies.Somecertificationsthatarevaluableforan IAM ProductOwnerinclude:
  • IdentityIQ Associate
  • Cyberark Sentry
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity & Access Administrator Associate

    Experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior IAM Engineer with a clear focus on Service Management & Project Management in an enterprise organization
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) and experience leading external teams (Azure DevOps experience is a clear plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies and solutions, particularly SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure Active Directory
  • Familiarity with SSO federation protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Ability to manage external resources, vendors, and contractors effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in process improvement, establishing self-service capabilities, and driving operational efficiency
