Global Pricing Director - Barcelona

Morgan Philips, is seeking a Global Pricing Director for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Partner with price & market access directors to develop price and market access strategy and other strategic options.

Lead execution of pricing strategies of launch brands: establish launch sequence and collaborate with markets in the development of negotiation strategies to optimise pricing and reimbursement. Support in preparing price proposals, pricing submissions and in local payer negotiations.

Lead the assessment of proposals for price changes of in-market brands and develop strategies to limit impact on regional sales and contribution.

Prepare recommendations to the senior management on price proposals and risk mitigating strategies.

Develop innovative pricing skills in the organisation, pilot innovative pricing models and drive knowledge of this across markets, brands and regions.

Ensure an appropriate pricing policy and governance process is in place to ensure pricing strategies are implemented and monitor ongoing compliance.

Requirements:

University Degree.

⁠Knowledge of how different factors drive payer and pricing decision making at country level.

Knowledge of how prices and market access conditions in a market can influence other markets regionally or globally.

⁠Experience in developing launch price & market access strategies, including constructing payer value stories and incorporating these into TPPs and development programs.
