About the Role


We are seeking a customer focused support engineer to join our team providing help-desk and technical support functions to our global user community as well as external customer issues that are triaged from our Account Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody that has a passion for learning and improving their technical skill set, as you will have the opportunity to work and troubleshoot both desktop support related issues as well as usability and technical problems related to our product offering.


What You'll do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance through tickets and chat rooms
  • Support our Account Management team for issues triaged from external customers using our products
  • Work closely with other internal teams when problems require internal escalation
  • Be the face of technology to our user community and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while providing technical assistance
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and support to a global workforce
  • Create and maintain documentation, howto articles and checklists to help educate our user community as well as provide technical guidance for other support engineers
  • Identify areas for automation and tooling that will improve our customer experiences and decrease the number of support contacts
  • Work on projects and initiatives related to internal IT systems, onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and other areas as defined by management

What You Should Have

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support capacity
  • 2+ years experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Strong technical acumen with a desire to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SQL a plus
  • Handson experience with AWS a plus
  • Linux experience a plus
  • Scripting and automation experience a plus
  • Must be an EU citizen or right to work in the EU
