• Management and maintenance of CRM (Client Relationship Management) including meeting minutes and updating the existing and potential investor information.
• Support in the preparation of documents related to fundraising developments.
• Update of investors' investment opportunities in CRM.
• Collaboration in the editing and preparation of materials related to funds in marketing period.
• Support in the preparation of adhoc presentations to investors, including cashflow estimates and update of funds in portfolio.
• Review and preparation of distribution lists for sending communications related to events, webinars, Annual Meeting, etc.
• Support in the preparation of Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires and followup of subsequent requests.
• Management of investor onboarding processes in our Spanish and Luxembourg vehicles.
• Assisting in asset class coverage in particular drafting of presentations, updating Cash Flows, coordinating fundraising estimations and attending Investment Committees amongst other tasks.
• Updating of information about the firm for various industry reference databases
• Ability to eventually attend and follow up on client meetings.
• Recent graduates or final year university students preferably in Business Administration, Economics and Financial Studies.
• Previous internships in financial firms will be an asset.
• Demonstrable analytical and problemsolving skills, critical thinking, and high attention to detail. Knowledge of financial markets will be considered an asset.
• Communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, agility in learning and flexibility. Proactivity, autonomy, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word ). Knowledge of PowerBi will be considered an asset.
• Native English speaker or very high level of English required. An additional European language will be considered an asset.
• Good academic record.
