Main responsibilities:


  • You will be a part of the team responsible for the growth of Lucas Fox's Franchise Program
  • The Expansion Consultant will conduct meetings with existing agencies and potential affiliates (such as business professionals interested in the real estate world) both in an online and offline manner
  • The performance of our Expansion Consultant will be focused on actively attracting new Office Directors, by traveling across the country
  • You will take part in market prospections, market analysis and brand presentations
  • The tasks of the Expansion Consultant will also include searching for new talent and you will be a key factor in the performance of the new offices, acting as well as a Business Consultant

Requirements:


  • Experience in the real estate field at a commercial level (minimum 2 years)
  • Salesrelated experience of at least 4 years
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Availability for traveling
  • Driver's license
  • Previous experience at a midsenior level in the field
  • Studies in law or business
  • Other languages will be valued
  • Franchise/Service sales experience
  • Previous experience with luxury brands
