    Misión del Rol

    Buscamos un perfil de Field Services Engineer para brindar soporte técnico, mantenimiento y seguimiento continuo a los clientes que utilizan dispositivos de electro-medicina.

    Responsabilidades

    • Proveer soporte técnico a clientes.
    • Diarizar y solucionar problemas técnicos relacionados con los equipos.
    • Reparar, instalar y explicar los equipos del porfolio.
    • Realizar seguimientos post-servicio para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y el funcionamiento óptimo de los equipos.
    • Mantener registros detallados de las visitas de servicio, reparaciones y mantenimientos realizados.
    • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y otros departamentos para proporcionar atención integral al cliente.
    • Estar al día con las actualizaciones y novedades técnicas de los equipos y herramientas ópticas.

    Habilidades y Conocimientos Requeridos

    • Experiencia en gestión técnica de equipos e instalaciones (Sector electro-medicina).
    • Ingeniería o CFGS en Electrónica, Informática o similar.
    • Dominio de herramientas informáticas.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
    • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
    • Disponibilidad alta para viajar (Catalunya y Baleares) y realizar visitas a clientes.
    • Habilidades de diagnóstico y solución de problemas técnicos.
