Mission:

Our mission is to be leaders in the silent luxury sector in Barcelona. This project consists of a pop-up store in La Roca Village shopping center, for a fixed period of time, managing the store's daily operations and advising a team of specialized salespeople.

Nuestra misión es ser referentes en sector lujo silencioso en Barcelona. Este proyecto consiste en una tienda POOP UP en el centro comercial La Roca Village, de duración determinada, gestionando las operaciones diarias de la tienda y asesorando a un equipo de vendedores especializados.

Functions:

– Management of the Sales Team and of the store Operations on a daily basis.

– Guarantee a smooth activity in store and a positive turnaround.

– Be an exceptionally positive force in the development of the portfolio of local clients and the turnaround of the POS.

– Implement the commercial animation of the store and drive the development of the brand's awareness in the Region.

– Train, mentor and motivate the Sales Team.

– Ensure Visual Merchandising and stock conditions are always in line with the company standards.

– Make sure that marketing and reporting duties are executed correctly and timely.

Funciones:

• Dirigir el equipo de ventas y las operaciones de la tienda a diario.

• Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la tienda y un cambio positivo.

– Ser una fuerza excepcionalmente positiva en el desarrollo de la cartera de clientes locales y la rentabilidad del punto de venta.

– Implementar la animación comercial de la tienda e impulsar el desarrollo de la notoriedad de la marca en la región.

– Formar, orientar y motivar al equipo de ventas.

– Garantizar que el merchandising visual y las condiciones del stock se ajusten siempre a los estándares de la empresa.

– Asegurarse de que las tareas de marketing y presentación de informes se ejecuten de forma correcta y puntual.

Requirements:

– You master the art of being of good service to discerning clients.

– You are an exceptional clients advisor with a strong sense for leadership, allowing you to support and motivate your Team with the right mix of determination and goodwill.

– You have a deep understanding of the luxury market in SPAIN and you have developed a substantial portfolio of loyal clients in the Area.

– You are a flexible team player, direct and communicative, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a driving force of the store's daily operations.

– You are an ambassador of the brand, sharing the company's values and looking forward to contributing to the successful development of the brand on the Danish market.

– You are fluent English.

Requisitos:

– Dominas el arte de prestar un buen servicio a clientes exigentes.

– Eres un asesor de clientes excepcional con un gran sentido del liderazgo, lo que te permite apoyar y motivar a tu equipo con la combinación adecuada de determinación y buena voluntad.

– Tienes un profundo conocimiento del mercado del lujo en ESPAÑA y has desarrollado una importante cartera de clientes fieles en la zona.
