Through their deep knowledge and understanding of Talent Management, this role will lead the Talent Management agenda to ensure that the organization has a high-calibre talent across all functions.
Major AccountabilitiesTalent Management Strategy
- Develop a cohesive TM strategy that is in line with overall business strategy and drive its implementation across the business.
- Provide TM solutions and consulting expertise to P&O Leadership teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations on TM tools and processes within the organization.
- Provide global frameworks for the organizational talent review and succession planning processes.
- Lead the efficient implementation of TM processes and programs across the organization (e.g. Talking Talent sessions and OTR).
- Plan and organize successful talent and succession reviews with Senior Leadership Teams:
- Diagnose organizational issues and drive Talent Management initiatives following the Organization Talent Reviews.
- Collaborate with P&O and business leaders to create robust succession plans, ensuring a seamless transition and development of key talent.
- Product ownership of Organizational Talent Review and succession planning tools:
- Lead the implementation of TM programs aimed at developing top talents and sustaining a highlevel of employee retention within the organization.
- Foster a culture of mentorship and coaching to empower employees in their career progression
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to key talent pools, fostering their professional growth and preparing them for future leadership roles.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide assignments, job rotations, and crossfunctional projects to highpotential talent, enhancing their skills and exposure to different parts of the organization.
- Manage the correct and timely implementation of TM policies and procedures.
- Lead or initiate various TM & Learning Projects.

What you'll bring to the role:
- University degree desired in Business Admin, HR or any relevant field
- Multiple years of proven work experience in global Talent Management functions with demonstrated measurable results in a largescale multinational corporation
- Fluent English
- Able to lead/influence and engage teams successfully to deliver large scale projects
- Able to work both strategically and operationally: pivot and adjust TM plans and initiatives across multiple markets to respond to changing business needs
- Experience working with external vendors to design and deliver impactful talent solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen, with the ability to navigate complexity
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Global mindset with experience working across different cultures and regions.
