    Job Summary :

    We are seeking a FP&A Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager for Europe to analyze financial data and support business decisions.

    This is an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals who enjoy analysis and finding alternatives.

    Main Responsibilities :

  • Prepare budget forecasts, analyze balance sheets, and create financial reports to inform management decisions.
  • Design and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Produce various financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, for the finance department.
  • Closure of accounting records for one or more European companies.
  • Analyze inventory costings and price variations.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as M&A, investment, and system integration.
  • Monitor external and internal audit processes.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational industrial sector or big audits firms.
  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive, organized, and attention to details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment and manage multiple priorities.
