THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Assisted and Automated Driving Development team in Spain, that develops various software modules and new technologies to enhance the driving experience whilst working towards the goal of autonomous driving, is currently seeking a:

ASPICE SQA Engineer


We are currently looking for a quality engineer to join the organisation to support the process development and deployment to achieve ASPICE compliance and support continuous improvement as we get closer to fully autonomous vehicle.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Perform Quality Health checks with focus in ASPICE. (Quality Validation per milestone)
  • Quality review for closed Epics, user stories, tasks (check DoD and acceptance criteria consistent with ASPICE expectations)
  • Monitor velocity forecasts, defect trends, increments released per gate
  • Configuration audits.

Monitor Quality status per WPs:
WP status, Reviews status

  • Quality review for risks, nonconformances and changes
  • SWE release quality approval
  • Raise quality nonconformances
  • Escalate quality impediments as necessary
  • Inspect and adapt the quality assurance strategy based on short learning cycles within the team (of teams) based on lessons learnt
  • Partipate in internal/external assessments
  • Product Impact & Scope of Innovation: Support the development of the body of knowledge and tool chain to deliver ASPICE compliance across Assisted and Automated Driving.
  • Teamwork: Positive team player, with the strength of character to drive engineers and business leaders.
  • Understanding the business: Understands team & group goals.
  • Problem Solving: Understanding problems within the area of responsibility and driving a structured resolution for long term prevent reoccurrence.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven technical experience developing and delivery ASPICE Quality Assurance Processes up to ASPICE CL
  • Knowledge of the software and system development process and industry tool sets
  • Experience in project manager practices including Change Management, Problem Resolution
  • Solution orientated
  • Degree or relevant equivalent experience

Our Assisted and Automated Driving team brings together expertise in automated driving, computer science and vehicle connectivity.
