The position

You will define and monitoring the fulfillment of the quality inspection methods and solving the quality issues, and to conduct the internal and support external/customer audits in order to maintain and improve the quality management.


The main function of this position is to be "accountable" for the integrated management systems (quality, environment and occupational health and safety).

Main Responsibilities

  • To conduct daily quality monitoring in production and implement the random inspection of products/manufacturing process; to guide and orient quality control process.
  • To ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with all standards/norms according to the approved quality systems.
  • Interface with engineering to perform experiments, reliability testing and DFMEA to identify and address top issues related to design, frequent reviews on design issues in manufacturing.
  • Participate to the internal/external audits such as ISO, FAT and driving the corrective actions to continue the improvement of quality management.
  • To conduct internal and 3rd party process/manufacturing audits and provide with the assessments to assure the quality of products, lead process audits.
  • Support the PFMEA analysis and create; maintain and follow up on Quality Control Plans.
  • Lead root cause analysis of quality issue and problemsolving methods for internal and customer issues on containment, corrective and preventive actions till resolution with related departments cooperation.
  • Establish manufacturing quality data analytics, monitor and manage the quality KPIs in Manufacturing.
  • Provide with necessary training to quality technician or operators for tools calibration and inspection instruction.
  • Assist the related process owners to identify the risks in production and manage the risks in preventive mode.
  • Establish the proper document management system with quality documentation and records, update and revise if necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering in Electricity/Electronic/Mechanic.
  • At least 7 years working experience within the Industrial sector and ideally with in the electrical sector.
  • Knowledge on quality management system and quality tools such as 8D, SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA etc.
  • Working independently and capable of problem solving.
  • Proactive to take the measures to prevent quality issues.
  • Good command of English both in writing and speaking
