These IT solutions are developed through a key work methodology based on an
agile approach, hybrid teams and short time to market.

Job Description:

As a Scrum Master you will work day-to-day with
cross-functional Delivery Teams of the Digital Builders Organization (DBO) and Product Owners of various MVPs delivered.

You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to
support and foster the positive evolution of their practices.

You will focus on guiding them towards improving the way they work to
achieve team goals.

More Specifically, You Will

Coordinate and ensure MVPs execution according to the plan, quality and objectives defined.
Accountable for supporting the delivery team in the adoption of agile ways of working, in the creation of agile ceremonies, retrospectives and workshops and in the test's definition.
Coordinate the budget management of MVPs and create an aggregated view of all projects in terms of sourcing.
Act as a trusted advisor, and guide for agile & lean methodologies within the Digital Builders Organization (DBO).
Guide delivery teams in identifying, tracking, and managing risks.
Be the facilitator who resolves blockages throughout the MVP development cycle with stakeholders and teach problemsolving techniques to help delivery teams selforganize in a fluid and adaptive manner.
Act as mentor and coach throughout the product development funnel, and enforce a structured workflow, ensuring timely and highquality value deliveries for sprints.
Collaborate with Business Partner Lead and Delivery Lead in case of conflict escalation phase.

Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master preferably, or Product Owner in large crossdiscipline international deliveryoriented organizations.
Deep understanding of the Scrum Framework and principles of agility.
Relevant experience working in MVPs execution.
Proven experience leading multifunctional teams on agile methodologies with internal & external members: Adaptation of appropriate approaches to each situation. Acceptance and adaptation to new situations.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with coworkers and internal clients to support development and implementation of business solutions.
Strong communication skills to inspire, coach, engage and motivate the team.
Strong organization skills.
Peoplefocused; Empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
