We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to our marketing team to take our digital strategies to the next level.

Are you a creative individual who enjoys designing SEO and SEM strategies? We are looking for you

Your day-to-day:

Campaign Oversight: Manage and supervise the execution of digital campaigns with the online marketing agency, continuously optimizing performance through data analysis and strategic adjustments.
SEO and

SEM:

Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and paid search marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online visibility and increase relevant website traffic.

Social Media: Collaborate closely with Community Management and Content teams to develop effective strategies on social media platforms.
Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign performance, providing reports and data with actionable insights and recommendations.
Cross-

Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Product Development to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.

What are we looking for?:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field
5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on multichannel strategies
At least 3 years of experience in designing and executing SEM campaigns
High analytical ability and decisionmaking based on data
Experience in team and project management
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Fluency in Spanish and English required (Catalan is a plus)
