We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

Lead the design and architecture of complex and personalized Marketing Cloud solutions to achieve clients' marketing objectives.
Work with Marketing Managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Develop custom solutions using Ampscript and HTML within Marketing Cloud to deliver targeted and engaging marketing campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with Marketing Managers and business stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and align them with Marketing Cloud capabilities.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and vice versa.

Project Management:

Work closely with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for successful Marketing Cloud implementations.
Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with Marketing Cloud best practices, data security standards, and industry regulations.
Conduct thorough quality checks on marketing campaigns and assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Multi-Regional and Multi-Cultural Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and cultures, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work seamlessly with diverse team members.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise projects, with at least 5 years of handson experience in Salesforce projects, specifically in Marketing Cloud.
Certified in relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification tracks.
Strong technical background in Marketing Cloud platform development, with expertise in Ampscript and HTML.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders in English.
Experience working with multiregional, multicultural teams, with an understanding of different work styles and cultural norms.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
