    Revolutionise Industrial Processes with Renewable Thermal Energy

    About the Role

    The Operation & Maintenance Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction of Heatcube installations worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) strategies aligned with Kyoto's business objectives.
    • Formulate commercial strategies focused on service offerings, performance agreements, and after-sales services.
    • Build and lead a global service force to maintain all Heatcube installations and ensure full compliance with performance and service agreements.
    • Oversee operational performance of all Heatcube installations under active performance agreements and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve system reliability.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership with Kyoto through consistent communication and customer-centric solutions.

    Estimate Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
