We just opened our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs.The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees.
This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.Main duties and responsibilitiesFrom the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we are looking for a Operational Manager - (Commercial Manager).
The resource is part of the Innovation Team and will take part to international projects.Scope of duties:
With more than 10 years in a manufacturing industry (in companies with turnovers between 15-50 million euros per year) with a clear track record of his career.
Strong negotiating and communication skills.
Exceptional personality with ability to influence and bring the best out of others.
Target orientation - focused on results
Hard working attitude. To be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative, critical thinking and energy.
Ability to recognize and react effectively to project bottlenecks or emerging issues.
