Job Description:

In this role, you will be contributing to establish and drive the communication brand of Galderma, by developing a consistent and impactful corporate narrative.

The big challenge of this role is to protect and enhance Galderma's image and reputation as a dermatology category leader across key media and stakeholder groups, in consistency with the company's premiumization strategy

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of Galderma's corporate communication materials, including corporate presentations and brochures and respective digital executions, annual review, media briefing and kits, etc.- Partner with key global functions to map, plan, and execute global communications.

Act as a key partner for selected global functions such as HR, IT, Finance- Partner with the Global Capability Centre site management team in Barcelona to drive local communications and engagement activities- Contribute to the editorial animation of key internal communications channels

Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's (preferable) Degree in Comms, Marketing or Journalism- Experienced communications professional with a minimum of 5 years in global communications, with outstanding storytelling skills- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills, both in English and Spanish- Ability to partner with various functions and business stakeholders, turning their business imperatives into relevant communications opportunities- Ability to use modern graphic design tools and digital publication platforms
