Green-Tech company is looking to scale up the Headquarters in Barcelona from 70 employees to +200.

We are looking for an

_Engineering Manager_
***to lead the growth of two Scrum Agile teams: - Sofware Engineer (.NET)

Tech Leads
QA
DevOps.
Engineering Manager_ Responsibilities:
Be able to drive the software engineering team's
best practices:

-
Expand, grow, retain & promote teams
-
Lead technical discussions and learning sessions
-
Develop more leaders within their team

-
Collaborate on product direction:

Among others

Qualifications:
-
8+ years in software product engineering
-
3+ years as a software engineering leader/manager

Experience & passion for hiring, growing, developing and guiding people
Experience working in
Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe):

-
Excellent communication skills including mentoring, coaching and conflict handling.
-
Self-driven and team player
:

Ability to work well in an
international and multicultural environment in a fastgrowing company.
Good verbal and written communication skills in
English (C1/C2)

Salary range
:
Up to 85k and
HYBRID working model
