Buscamos un/a Machine Learning Engineer Junior para diseñar pipelines de datos, entrenar modelos de clasificación y desplegarlos en producción. Formarás parte de un equipo técnico pequeño con responsabilidad directa sobre el desarrollo.
Responsabilidades
- Construir pipelines ETL: extracción, transformación y carga de datos
- Entrenar modelos de clasificación: preprocesado, feature engineering, selección de modelo, validación
- Evaluar y optimizar modelos: métricas, ajuste de hiperparámetros, testing
- Desplegar modelos en cloud (AWS)
- Integrar APIs externas (incluyendo LLMs)
- Mantener y consultar bases de datos SQL
- Documentar código y procesos
- Colaborar con backend para llevar modelos a producción
Requisitos
- Grado finalizado en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencia de Datos, Matemáticas o Física
- Python para análisis de datos y ML (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- SQL: consultas, joins, agregaciones (PostgreSQL preferible)
- Haber entrenado modelos de clasificación o regresión en proyectos propios o académicos
- Entender el ciclo de un modelo: preprocesado, entrenamiento, validación, métricas
- Nociones de cloud (AWS preferible, pero vale GCP o Azure)
- Git para control de versiones
- Capacidad de trabajo autónomo y ganas de aprender
Valorable
- XGBoost, LightGBM, random forest
- Herramientas de orquestación (Luigi, Airflow)
- Docker
- Haber desplegado algún modelo (aunque sea en local o proyecto personal)
- NLP básico
