    The Role

    You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading Innovative Technological Projects
    • Implementing Fluency Direct business in Spain
    • Participating & leading in Solventum cross-functional/international teams. Planning and managing projects using Solventum standard tools and processes.

    Your Impact

    You will make an impact by developing AI clinical natural language understanding solutions for ICD-10 coding, working with Software Engineers on development of new products, new program enhancements, and new coding software development tools. You will also be responsible for R&D local manager for hospital transformation in coding and clinical data analysis to make it actionable by designing, developing and implementing e-health solutions (applying the Solventum methodology).

    Requirements

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher: Bachelor in Medicine

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Masters degree in business from an accredited institution
    • Experience in the Health Market working in a Private company
    • Skills include: Lead and coordinate teams

    Work Environment

    This role is based in Madrid and may require up to 10% travel (domestic and international). Relocation assistance may be authorized.
