    We are looking for a Fixed AssetsAccountant to join the Finance Shared Services Center. Following our accounting standardized practices, you will be responsible for the timely processing of CAPEX related postings, to ensure that the fixed assets reflect the situation of the company and the expense referred to these fixed assets is correctly accrued.

    What your responsibilities will be

  • Maintain fixed assets master data.
  • Posting of direct capitalization of fixed assets coming from vendor invoices.
  • Posting of intercompany invoices from Engineering or IT affecting to CAPEX projects.
  • Contact with project managers, engineers, IT and R&D controlling to ensure the timely capitalization of fixed assets projects, and posting of these capitalizations.
  • Maintenance of lease contracts in the module of Real Estate.
  • Posting of assets disposals and transfers following internal rules.

  • Economics, Business Administration degree or similar. To have secondary education (FP/CF) related to Finance/Administration, with proven experience in this field, will be valued.
  • Experience within Finance area.
  • Advance level in English.
  • Competency in SAP is a plus.
  • Advanced competency in Excel.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

    Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
