What You'll Do- Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap, including feature prioritization across countries in EMEA.
- Develop new use cases and enhance existing functionality to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with an autonomous, agile team including UX, Developers, QA and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments by participating actively in the userstories definition and corresponding agile ceremonies.
- Understand strategic and competitive position in the countries, working with regional teams and customers to define and deliver bestinclass, sustainable and competitive products
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop product documentation such as presentations and sales material and coordinate gotomarket activities
- Track and analyze product performance metrics (Analytics, NPS) driving databased decisions
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban/DDD/Gherkin ) Software Development frameworks
- Strong creative problemsolving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and painpoints through research, data and customer insights
- Excellent communication and team skills. You know how to lead the product, the development team and collaborate with all key players and stakeholders
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, additional languages can be a plus
