Vacancy:
HR Manager.

**Location: Almussafes, Valencia (on-site).

We are a leading engineering company looking for an outstanding
HR Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources department, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.


Key responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Manage employee performance through regular feedback, and performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee relations efforts and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that our organization is compliant with all labor laws and regulations in all the locations where we are based.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, including administration and communication.

What will you need to succeed as an HR Manager?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices and current labor laws
  • Conocimientos avanzados de SAP ByDesign o ERP equivalente, y Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Solid understanding of HR software and systems.
  • Fluency in English is required.
