Definition
The system administrator will have the daily responsibility for some of System Platforms systems.
You will be responsible for keeping the systems up to date at all times, investigate user issues and of course be a part of our fine System Platform Team.
Job description
- You will be responsible for the following systems:
- Beyondtrust remote support
- Microsoft System Center Operational Manager (SCOM)
- All KMs license servers
- Open IT license report tool
- You will be a backup person for the following systems
- Backup for TRIO and Phone system
- Printers
- Video conferencing
- Daily responsibility to ensure these systems are operational
- Make sure these systems operating system is up to date
- Make sure these systems are patched and secure at all times
- Attend necessary training both domestic and overseas
Qualifications and Qualities
- Degree within the IT field
- Technical knowledge in troubleshooting Windows servers and administration of these
- Experience and interest in working with technical troubleshooting
- Structured and organized
