We are looking a Legal & Compliance Manager Iberia will act as business partner to support the subsidiary to achieve its strategic business objective with integrity and with high ethical standards by leading the local implementation and adherence to the Global Compliance program in the spirit of Company value.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating and influencing General Manager and local management to ensure robust governance/compliance processes/systems are in place with well-defined resources & accountabilities and continuously flagging new potential risk areas and proposing mitigation actions.

Driving and/or contributing to assurance projects such as monitoring in the subsidiary.

Implementing and advising on policies, procedures and standards.

What we are looking for:

Degree level education in Law.

Around - 7 years' experience required in healthcare pharmaceutical environment, legal or compliance department or alternatively as a legal manager or paralegal with a top-tier law firm representing healthcare & technology clients.

Excellent level of spoken and written English (level C1)

Ability to analyse complex legal issues.

Excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills.

Strong human, flexibility and resilient capabilities.
