What are we looking for?

Mercer is looking to add a member to the Consulting Team, a multidisciplinary group focused on providing consulting services for all business lines and our clients, emphasizing the training and development of future consultants and leaders, making it a highly important collective for the organization now and in the future.

In this role, the candidate will work with the team on various projects related to Mercer's different business areas: Health, Wealth, and Career, with a priority on actuarial projects in the Retirement domain.

We will count on you to perform the following functions:

• Actuarial practices in projects related to Corporate Social Security for national and multinational clients, focusing on various pension consultancy projects:
• Actuarial risk assessments.
• Design, implementation, management, and transformation of retirement plans.
• Financial-actuarial reviews of Employee Pension Plans.
• Design, assessment, and implementation of early retirement models.
• Actuarial risk analysis in Mergers and Acquisitions operations.
• Actuarial valuations of pension commitments and other long-term rewards for financial closings (Local and international).
• Topics related to Financial Education.

What would our ideal candidate be like?

• Educational Background: Student in the Master's in Actuarial and Financial Sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
