Job Purpose:

Business Development role responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and to drive them in specific strategic segments.

Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities by working with central and local vendors.


Accountabilities:


The main accountabilities for this role include driving overall vendor management by having a full knowledge of the assigned vendors' products /Service line and being seen as a consulting trusted advisor in helping the customer to set strategic business objectives.

Have a high level of negotiation skill to be able to negotiate key tenders and large deals with in-depth technology distribution industry knowledge and a keen understanding of hardware, software, services and solutions.

Last but not least relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor".


In addition optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives.

Take solutions and service offerings to market including XaaS. Create high impact value propositions for 'C' level discussions and decision making processes.

Also enabling and helping sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share, while taking full ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution.


Knowledge Skills and Experience


To make an impact it is necessary to have experience driving the business on an EU level and to have In-depth technology distribution industry knowledge and understanding of hardware, software, services and solutions (Experience with Lenovo, Hitachi, Fujitsu and Net App are a plus).

Business planning experience with strong operational cadence and experience of working within a matrix structure. Lastly relevant Strategic planning and business case development.

Languages required:
English and other relevant European Languages.
