French and English speaking - Inside Sales Representatives to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

  • Fulltime contract, 39 hours/week: Monday
  • Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
  • Salary offer: On target earnings up to 22,000 euros gross/year.

What you'll experience at Webhelp
As an
Inside Sales Representative in our team, you will:

  • Perform against a Revenue target every quarter from your assigned region and End User accounts, by positioning the client's entire Product Portfolio and Services.
  • Identify, qualify and close opportunities for assigned End User accounts via proactive sales activities and via inbound marketing lead generation within a defined SLA expectation.
  • Create, update and execute on Account Plans for each named End User Account.
  • Achieve quarterly KPI's monitored by management with a focus on executing on pipeline, driving new business pipeline and converting opportunities to won deals, driving qualified leads to opportunity.
  • Align with the Regional Sales Lead's strategy; ensuring account plans and engagement activities are aligned with product, services and marketing offers.
  • Ensure sales quotes are managed within SLA from quote creation to PO and order booked.
  • Take a leading role in the on boarding of new hires. Focus on continuous improvement making and implementing recommendations.

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in French and English.
  • Possess 3 years+ of related experience (e.g. business development, inside sales account management, technology sales, player/coach experience).
  • Can demonstrable track record of sales success consistently hitting or exceeding selling goals with strong selling capabilities and an ability to process and retain large amounts of information.
  • Have strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with ability to influence at all levels within an account.
