YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of quarterly, monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for the correct booking of business transactions and the maintenance of financial accounting
• Analyzing balance sheet data and preparing corresponding reports
• Support with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Continuous monitoring of accounting processes and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations
• Responsibility for payroll activities at the site
• Support for the implementation of a new software
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in relation to accounting
• Assistance with Group-HR Agendas

YOUR PROFILE:

• Superior studies, University degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
• Profound knowledge of Office programs (especially Excel)
• Initial experience in the implementation of new software in the field of accounting or working with an ERP System is a benefit
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German is an asset
• Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
