    We are looking for an "L2 Applications Consultant" to join our amazing Digital Solutions ITSM team. As part of this exciting role, you will participate in different projects.

    TASKS :

  • Execute tasks and procedures.
  • Follow established norms and standards.
  • Record and resolve technical incidents.
  • Document procedures.
  • Perform tests.
  • Identify risks or errors and report them.
  • Create small python/powershell/javascript scripts.
  • Use API Rest (ServiceDesk Plus, EasyVista and/or Matrix42)
  • Evolutionary or corrective developments.
  • Create small tables in SQL databases.
  • Analyze and format data files.
  • Generate reports in Crystal Reports and/or Ambit's corporate platform for the organization-
  • Support internal MS SQL development for SDP.

    • SKILLS :

  • FPII / Higher Level Training Cycle in Computer Science.
  • Experience - More than 3 years.
  • Implementation of ITMS systems (Matrix42, ServiceDesk Plus)
  • MS SQL, Crystal Reports.
  • Scripting and PowerShell.
  • ITIL Methodology.
  • Fluent English.

    • Valuable /Desirable:

  • VLMS (Validation Lifecycle Management System) systems.
  • QMS (Quality Management System)
  • Implementation of Client-Server, SaaS and Web applications.
  • Reverse Proxy, APIs, SQL.

    • SCHEDULE :

  • 08-09h h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 100% remote.
