+ Work closely with both internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution in association with Technical Program Managers.
+ Manage cabling vendor deliverables, monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, verify installations meet quality standards, and escalate blockers or quality issues to Technical Program Managers and stakeholders as needed.
+ Troubleshoot networking hardware and software issues, validating fiber connectivity and patch panel configurations,
+ Support cable infrastructure teams with link testing and remediation.
