Role
We are currently looking for a person who can join the Business Development team to perform the following functions:

Provide administrative support in the business development department, including managing agendas and meetings
Collaborate in monitoring the business plan between the different departments: execution of the different actions and promotions.
Database management in CRM at the data level, management of offers and marketing campaigns.
Support in the organization of events and presence of the firm at conferences, events and fairs
Support in campaigns with clients and use of Adobe Marketo
Support in the preparation of documentation for presentation at awards
Support in layout of Word and Power Point documents of offers or projects
Support in carrying out market studies

Minimum requirements

24 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Power Point
High level of English (equivalence to C1)
