    Funciones del puesto:

    • Recopilar, analizar y optimizar procesos corporativos de compras.
    • Identificar necesidades, diagnosticar ineficiencias y colaborar con la mejora continua.
    • Interactuar proactivamente con las diversas áreas de la compañía.
    • Colaborar con el desarrollo de manuales de usuario, materiales de apoyo y programas de formación.
    • Colaborar con consultores tecnológicos en la implementación de procesos relacionados con sistemas internos.
    • Supervisar el estado de los pedidos y asegurarse de que sigan las normas corporativas.
    • Comunicación constante con solicitantes y creadores de pedidos.
    • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, como Contabilidad, tesorería y las líneas de negocio de la empresa, para garantizar una alineación efectiva de las operaciones.
    • Participar en reuniones y en informes sobre el progreso de las gestiones de compras.
    • Colaborar en la elaboración de registros, informes y análisis de pedidos y correspondencia con proveedores.
    • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y regulaciones externas.
    • Analizar la gestión de homologación y evaluación de proveedores.
    • Participar en reuniones donde se determinan estándares corporativos con respecto a proveedores de la compañía.
    • Identificar oportunidades para reducir costos sin comprometer la calidad.

    Requisitos del perfil:

    • Estudiante universitario, de Formación profesional o graduado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería industriales, energía, Logística, y otras especialidades a fines.
    • Manejo de Visio y herramientas básicas de office.
    • Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con datos.
    • Se valora conocimiento de ERP, en particular NAV.
    • Se valora conocimiento de PowerBi.
    • Habituado a trabajar con diferentes culturas y de manera transversal entre varios departamentos.
    • Inglés nivel intermedio.
