An international, young, and growing company in the financial consulting sector. They are supporting European clients with their finance/accounting/taxation needs. They are currently looking to onboard new members in their start-up adventure.

Tasks


Your responsibilities as a Senior Finance Consultant will be:

  • Providing strong analytical forward-looking leadership to provide business-driving insights through Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Providing Financial statement forecasting including headcount
  • Providing timely cash forecasts
  • Leading annual and quarterly budgeting processes
  • Developing and maintaining relevant business analysis and KPI dashboards
  • Leading strategic longterm planning, business analysis and decisionmaking
  • Ensuring accurate and uptodate key financial metrics
  • Maintaining relationships with external accountants, banks, and tax advisors
  • Managing the financial results of the business P&L
  • Identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions
  • Providing insightful analysis of monthly results for the exec team and the board
  • Managing the daytoday accounting in collaboration with Clients' internal resources
  • Continuous improvement in relation to reporting tools within Finance and out to the business
  • Management of Account Receivable & Payable
  • Cash Management: Cashflow, Forecast, FX management, etc

Requirements:

Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You have an up-to-native level of French and a fluent level of English
  • You have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or similar
  • You have a minimum of 35 years of working experience in Financial Services/Audit
  • You have strong Excel and accounting software skills
  • You have strong analytical skills, coupled with financial control
  • You think outside the box and want to improve finance functions
  • You have attention to detail and you can work under deadlines
