As a Senior Analyst - Invoicing & Accounts Receivable, you will ensure invoicing process and collections to secure revenue.

**Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full billing cycle (invoice issuing, control and collection): Preparing and distributing monthly invoices on a timely manner to our client portfolio.
  • Client needs: request, clarifications and problem solving.
  • Work closely to the team to ensure quick resolution of any invoicing related issues.
  • Data entry of new customers, agreements & products into the ERP, keeping updated the system.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly ageing reports.
  • Verify and validate account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information.
  • Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history.
  • Follow up outstanding due amounts.
**Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years' experience on similar position.
  • Methodical person with focus on details and committed with results.
  • Good knowledge of

Microsoft Office Tools:
Excel, Power BI, Word, Power point, etc.

  • Experience with advance accounting systems preferably Dynamics, other will be valuable such as SAP, ORACLE, etc.
  • Good level of English required
  • Be able to work under billing schedules/tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills written, oral, interpersonal.
  • Ability to work well with Teams and adaptable to deliver Team Objectives.
  • Graduate Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
