HowYou'll Make an Impact

  • Manage data pipelines, connectivity, datatransformation and integrating machine learning models to optimize datapipelines to support projects.
  • Use state of the art technologies to acquire,ingest and transform big datasets, as well as using Python and SQL daily.
  • Create and manage data environments in thecloud or on premise.
  • Responsible for the infrastructure models tocatch data from the source, setting up requirements to extract data fromrestricted knowledge.
  • Responsible for the target database system anddata warehousing process.
  • Map data fields to hypothesis, curate, wrangleand prepare data to be used in advanced analytics models.
  • Work on ETL chains and jobs.
  • Ensure information security standards arealways maintained.
  • Contribute to crossfunctional problemsolvingsessions with your team and deliver presentations to colleagues and clients.
  • Stay up to date of latest developments in datascience principle and keep up to date with stateoftheart technology to bestsupport the business in making truly datadriven decisions.

WhatYou Bring

  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts andbest practices.
  • Experience building data pipelines inproduction and ability to work across structured, semistructured andunstructured data, as well as experience preparing data for analytics andfollowing a data science workflow.
  • Understand and relate/know the peer reviewprocess and state of the art tech documentation.
  • Experience and understanding aroundconnectivity, data transformation and integrate ML models.
  • Extensive experience on IT infrastructure relatedconnectivity topics including but not limited to IP, VLAN, VPC, VPN.
  • Experienced in creating and designing ETLchains.
  • Experience and working knowledge withintechnical areas such as Python, SQL, R, AWS Step Functions, AWS lambda,container technologies (Docker) with multiple runtimes for these (AWSSageMaker, EKS or AWS Batch).
  • Experience within serverless (python,.net)and knowledge on how to deal with data warehousing systems and understand howto set up the target database system.
  • Experience in preparing data for analytics andfollowing a data science workflow.
  • Experience in workflow orchestration tools.
