Your Mission______
The
E-Retail Manager, will be responsible for the strategy of the e-retail strategy of LOEWE Perfumes Worldwide focusing on foster & develop e-retail in collaboration with the rest of the departments of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ERETAIL:
- Define custom made strategy for each retailer
- Evaluate new potential global retailers
- Lead the digital DTC transformation
- Management and proposal of actions with authorized eretailers (evisibility, SM, cocreation content).
- Work closely with Trade Managers to define digital implementation of launches on retailers' websites
- Measure and report performance of all eretail campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), establish digital KPIs
- Track on a quarterly basis eretail P&L
- Work closely together with Commercial Director & KAMs, review commercial eretail conditions
- Monitor and report eretail performance defining specific KPI's and analyzing each category and or product with focus on launches.
- Create KPIs dashboard to monitor performance, evolution and analyze results to support decision making and suggest new opportunities/adaptations for future campaignes.
- Define and share product assortment for each eretail
- Implement the eRetail activation packages based on the 3pillars strategy: Product Page, eMerchandising and eTrade.
- Make assets available for eRetail partners in due time
- Monitor LOEWE Perfumes presence on retailers' websites
- Ensure and coordinate updating of eretail content
- Evaluate new potential websites
- Implement LOEWE Perfumes Brand space guidelines
- Ensure a regular LOEWE Perfumes and competitors' benchmark
Profile:
PROFILE
- Business or Marketing graduate with Master in Digital Marketind and/or ebusiness
- 4 5 years experience in a digital environment with experience managing eshops
- International experience is required. At least 2 years working abroad or minimun 4 years working in international environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (c1)
