The Dedicated Account Representative will support the Travel Manager as well as the Account Team on a day-to-day basis with the Global Travel Program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting in the day-to-day travel program management, this can include compiling, tracking, executing deliverables and driving results, policy exception management, crisis management, pre and post trip reporting and Online Booking tool support.

Work with the CGM, Traveler Care teams and attending client meetings/calls. Assist CGM in producing any reporting needed for both external and internal deliverables.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Interact directly with the Customer, possessing strong customer service and consultation focus
  • Develop and propose recommendations to identified issues & resolution
  • Ensure quality processes and tools are incorporated into all daily activities with contingency plans in effect.
  • Participate in client management business review strategy, compiling information accordingly.
  • Provides overall Client Program support
  • Frequent interactions with traveler care, GBT product owners, PRDS, MI Helpdesk, etc. will be expected.
  • Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of data into a clear, concise, effective format
  • Identify travel trends and patterns that may be causing conflict with travel policy
  • Global Support assistance as needed
  • Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility
  • Able to interact and communicate effectively with diverse working styles, ability to build and leverage strong working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
  • Able to work under tight timelines and pressure of client driven deliverables and demands
  • Adaptation to change and accept new direction on short notice
  • Ability to identify issues or challenges and to escalate when needed
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
